EDGE Advanced

Developed by PanoramaLand, a subsidiary of Panorama Group, The 1O1 Yogyakarta Tugu hotel is comprised of 150 guestrooms located on the island of Java. While Yogyakarta is a metropolitan area that is home to more than three million people, it is best known as a cultural destination for Javanese art and spirituality.

The hotel’s design, which incorporates passive design features such as natural ventilation as well as energy-efficient lighting and cooling systems, will provide comfort to guests while reducing operational costs. Surrounding cultural sites and the historic Malioboro shopping street are close by, with the Adisucipto International Airport only a 20-minute drive away.

PHM Hospitality, which will manage the hotel, intends to fulfill its vision for sustainability by EDGE-certifying existing and new properties across the country. The 1O1 Yogyakarta Tugu has received final EDGE certification from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
