Developed by PT. Bumi Runting Lestari, which is part of PT. LiMa Anugerah Assetindo, the 480 residences of the Griya LiMa Garuda Subang project in West Java are a testimony to the company’s commitment to Indonesia’s Simple Healthy Houses (RSH) initiative. The property developer works with Habitat for Humanity Indonesia to ensure homes are designed and built that are of high quality, environmentally friendly and contribute to help close the availability gap for low-income families.
The project uses practical energy and water-saving measures to keep utility bills low and is built of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks to ensure as little harm to the environment as possible.
Griya LiMa Garuda Subang has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
