At Belle Fleur, residents can enjoy minimalist tropical architecture and landscaping, which has been intentionally designed to help residents live in harmony with nature. Belle Fleur is one of many residential complexes in the EcoPolis community located in Tangerang. Created through a collaboration between Ciputra Group and Mitsui Fudosan, EcoPolis integrates residential and commercial properties into one green neighborhood with a focus on sustainable living. Belle Fleur consists of 29 three-bedroom and 26 four-bedroom units, all of which have natural ventilation as well as solar hot water collectors and low-flow faucets to cut back on energy and water use. The building’s green features have been implemented at no additional overall cost.
Developed by Ciputra Residence, a subsidiary of Ciputra Group, Belle Fleur is environmentally-conscious, both inside and out. In addition to the features within each home, the Belle Fleur community has energy-saving street lighting and bicycle lanes. It also has underground electricity cables to protect the views of the surrounding nature. Ciputra Residence has built residential properties across Indonesia since 1989, and is most widely known for its work on the independent city of CitraRaya, which was created in 1994. As one of the leading developers in Indonesia and an early pioneer in EDGE certification, Ciputra Residence recognizes the value of building green. Other EDGE-certified projects include Citra Maja Raya and Citra Towers Kemayoran. Belle Fleur has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from the Green Building Council Indonesia.
