Ciruelo is a housing project located in the General Ciudad Country Urban Development Project outside of Santiago de Cali, Colombia. The location of the project allows for public transport access, generous outdoor green spaces, sports facilities and bike paths. It consists of a total of 320 apartments with an average floor space of 69 square meters.

The project was developed by Jaramillo Mora Constructora, a local real estate development company with a focus on sustainable construction to mitigate climate change.

By incorporating modern construction technologies such as reflective paints for external walls, external shading devices, natural ventilation systems, the use of energy-saving appliances such as LED lightbulbs and water-efficient plumbing features, the project was able to significantly reduce its energy and water consumption, resulting in a more sustainable construction project and a reduced carbon footprint.
