Greenery is a 10-story housing project located in the San Borja district of Lima, Peru. It consists of a total of 50 apartments with an average floor space of 100 square meters. The project was designed with a focus on green spaces, with the goal to cover over 50% of its open area with vegetation. Greenery was developed by Binda Ingenieros, a local real estate development company in partnership with the architecture studios LIMA1007 and M2-PM.

By incorporating modern construction technologies such as reflective paint and tiles for roofs, external shading devices, the use of energy-saving appliances such as LED lightbulbs and water-efficient plumbing features, the project was able to significantly reduce its energy and water consumption, resulting in a more sustainable construction project and a reduced carbon footprint.
