Technical Solutions

Energy

Reduced window-to-wall ratio, external shading devices, higher thermal performance glass, energy-saving lighting in internal and external spaces, and occupancy sensors in bathrooms, conference rooms, and closed cabins.

Water

Efficient-flush water closets, water-efficient urinals, low-flow faucets in all bathrooms, a rainwater harvesting system, and a grey water treatment and recycling system.

Materials

Concrete filler slab for the floor, in-situ reinforced concrete slab for the roof construction, machine cut unpolished stone blocks for internal and external walls, curtain external walling, and terrazzo and finished concrete flooring.
