LatAm Parque Logístico Lima Sur
The LatAm Parque Logístico Lima Sur consists of three warehouses located in a logistics park in the valley of Lima’s Lurin district. The warehouses, built by LatAm Logístico Properties, provides a modern space for distribution and logistics in a growing urban hub of Peru. Each warehouse consists of approximately 22,000m2. Utility savings are projected to be 13,000 Peruvian soles per month.
Nearly 16,000 square meters of the project are designated for gardens and landscaping. The property features its own black water treatment plant, of which all black water generated is reused for landscape irrigation. The warehouses also have skylights on the roofs. Using only 3% of the skylights provides enough guaranteed light for operation during the daytime.

Steel sheets on steel rafters roof construction, steel profile cladding for external walls, medium weight hollow concrete blocks for external walls, plasterboards on metal studs for internal walls and finished concrete flooring.
*Part of the energy efficiency percentage may be associated with virtual energy for comfort depending on the presence of heating and cooling systems. Note that virtual energy does not contribute savings to utility bills.
