Energy

Reduced window-to-wall ratio, low-E coated glass, an energy-efficient air conditioning system with a water cooled chiller, sensible heat recovery from exhaust air, a heat pump for hot water generation, and energy-saving lighting for internal spaces.

Efficient-flush water closets, water-efficient urinals, low-flow showerheads and faucets for guest rooms, and aerators/auto shut-off faucets.

Materials

In-situ reinforced concrete slab for the floor and roof construction, in-situ reinforced internal and external walls, and medium weight hollow concrete blocks for internal walls.
