The Chiclayo 1033 project designed by the OB + RA architectural studio has 23 apartments and is located in the Miraflores district.
Following Morada’s green aspirations, they have incorporated into the project 32 bicycle parking lots, lighting for 50% of the common areas supplied with solar panels, a wastewater treatment plant, an automated irrigation system and low water consumption plants in the green areas in addition to the other energy and water saving measures.
Chiclayo 1033 has been granted a Preliminary EDGE Certificate by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
Predicted Savings of EDGE Certification
Less Embodied Energy in Materials
Reduced Window to Wall Ratio, Reflective Paint for Roof, External Shading Devices, Low Energy Lighting
Water efficient showers and faucets, dual flush for water closets.
Roof and floor as filler concrete slab, exterior and internal walls of cored bricks with plaster, external in-situ reinforced walls.
*Part of the energy efficiency percentage may be associated with virtual energy for comfort depending on the presence of heating and cooling systems. Note that virtual energy does not contribute savings to utility bills.
