Casas PazV is located in Ibarra, the capital city of the Imbabura province of Ecuador. Residents of the complex’s seven homes will enjoy private lots and easy access to nearby parks, shops and restaurants.

Reduced window to wall ratio, reflective paint and insulation for external walls and energy-saving lighting in internal spaces.

Water-efficient single-flush water closets and low-flow showerheads and faucets for kitchen sinks and washbasins.

Materials

Composite in-situ concrete and steel deck (permanent shuttering) for floors and roofs, medium weight hollow concrete blocks for internal and external walls and parquet finished wood and ceramic tile floors.
